CELCI is a community owned pre-school, our Cromwell parents/whanau are our governing committee. We work together as a team on decision making through consultation, discussion and professional advice.  We also have a fundraising group of whanau.

The aim of the Governance committee is:

To Govern - “Governing is the responsibility for the long term health and prosperity of the service”

Develop a strong team that works together to ensure we are continuing the growth of our centre and meeting community needs

Support member of staff to ensure they feel confident and happy in their workplace

Ensure we are providing our children with the opportunities to develop and grow
